2010年我国男性的#工作时间 每天为492分钟，女性为473分钟，女性的工作时间只比男性少约4%；但女性每天的#家务劳动 时间（106.9分钟）依然是男性（45.1分钟）的2.4 倍。
再看新一点的数据：2021年发表的《中国青年夫妻的家务劳动投入》调研结果显示：在25-45岁的青年夫妻（样本数1385）中，丈夫每周的家务劳动时间为7.738小时，妻子则为16.683小时，约为丈夫的2.2倍；每周家务劳动时间在10小时以上的妻子超过65%，而丈夫仅有20%。

而且，现在几乎所有有关家务的调研都只统计了那些肉眼可见的劳动，并没有把#情绪劳动（#EmotionalLabor）这项指标覆盖在内。
何为情绪劳动？在凯特·曼恩的《#应得的权利：#男性特权 如何伤害女性》一书中对情绪劳动给出的定义是：为了密切关注生活中的小事所做的免费而无形的工作，这些工作加在一起就成为生活中的大事，称之为情绪劳动。

@AK_Bell I've been living the #GoblinLife since the summer of 2020. I might still be capable of doing the #EmotionalLabor necessary to work in "the office", but I no longer have the inclination.

@bbolker In this specific case (& more generally) what about:

* network-informed citation metrics such as a centrality measure [1].

* On a social front, considering representative papers from PIs that have produced disproportionate numbers of impactful mentees (i.e., assigning value to #EmotionalLabor).

* What voices have been traditionally excluded. E.g., #indigenous ecologists may have unique outlooks on shared problems.
