Coca-Cola (and others) currently take huge amounts of free fresh water away from national park aquifers at Springbrook and Tamborine Mountain. Every 20 years the Qld Gov reviews the water plans that govern these areas. A review of those water plans has begun and the gov is open to public input only until 21 July.
