These are the layers upon which #EpistemicInjustice continues its violence:

Don't believe the person due to identity.
Don't believe the report as cannot understand racism.
Deliberate choice to ignore so as to not admit there's a problem of racism.
Racism flourishes.

Vicious cycle of systemic racism via #EpistemicInjustice:
White woman reports harmful event to
(white) highest health leader; gets apology & suggest'ns heard.
Woman of colour reports series of racist events to *same* leader; gets no acknowledgement of harm; suggest'ns ignored.

I'm a writer and educator, currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow of Embedded EthiCS in the Department of #Philosophy at Harvard University.
