And that they want to replace them. What is it with lithium ion batteries and explosions. Why are we using immature technologies and then acting surprised when they are faulty

I still support Anker and #Eufy. Did they mislead a bit? In short, yes -- but now that we're being clear, it's clear to see that nothing is that egregious that they were doing IMHO.

I'm not getting rid of my products and I love the service that they provide.

#Anker has been one of my goto product accessories and was very excited that they put out the #Eufy cameras that didn't require you to sign up for a service. This is going to destroy a lot of goodwill they've developed. And they really need to be more forthcoming.
