Have had a work thing the past two days, which has been fantastic EXCEPT for the dude who:

➡️ made disparaging remarks about his wife in some lame attempt to be funny

➡️ put down a female team member for "going on" about a topic she was interested in

➡️ made an off-colour remark to me only to be shocked when I responded in kind and took it to the next level.

Turns out, we all thought he was kind of a dick and thought the less of him for his behavior.

Je fais remarquer à un collègue que sa "blague" sur la guerre Russie-Ukraine "fait mal".
Il me répond que ce n'est pas une attaque personnelle alors "si ça fait mal, ça fait mal ailleurs. Probablement parce que ça remet en cause une « idée toute faite »".
Et il finit par "je t’encourage à réfléchir à « ce qui te fait mal », ça t’aidera surement à le surmonter !".
