Approximately 1 in 4 people battling #cancer have #children under the age of 18!!! Does anyone know of any resources for these families? I am a wife, mother, and #socialworker who is going through this. I hope to help not only my family but others as well. I want to make information easily available for these families. I’d like to find out what supports are out there and whether they use #evidencebased interventions. Thank you!!

@Gtmlosangeles I’ve frequently been surprised by the number of teachers who need #education to open their minds to all kids, to be aware and knowledgeable about #autism and #adhd and more! Usually they are uptight and old school. Luckily there are more teachers that do understand and to care and are educated. We need to #advocate for #continuingEducation for teachers on topics above and including the newest #evidenceBased interventions and supports for our kids!!! #getLoud
