I asked the supplier for a refund, and got it. I won't let them externalise costs by using a delivery company that can't do the job.

Opposite to usual problem - #Evri said they'd deliver a big parcel on Thursday. So I arranged to be out today - guess when they now say they are going to deliver it!😆

Oh no, the cables I ordered a month ago and have come from China are now with #Evri for delivery, I don't think i'll ever get them.

Is there a more disappointing email to receive when you're excited about getting a delivery from @JohnLewisRetail, than one from #Evri saying "We’re expecting your John Lewis

What exactly does the third step even mean, #Evri? This carries a powerful "They told us we need to have five steps, will this do?" energy

Today #Evri convinced me to buy a cat. 🤣 I expected a small box/envelope with shower wheels but received a huge box with my address on it. Inside I found the debris after someone else's parcel box (address is still readable) with a bag of cat sand. 🤔

Of course I am not buying a cat just for that sand and hope Evri will fix it soon.

Is there a more terrifying online shopping status update than "Your parcel has entered the #Evri network"?

Question: has anyone ever successfully managed to divert a package being delivered by #Evri / #Hermes to a ParcelShop or is this just greenwashing?

ASOS Premier is absolutely not worth it in my humble opinion. 90% of the time I never received my next day order (weeks later…thinking of my holiday clothes last year, thanks to Evri aka Hermes) and I never got an apology from ASOS.

Anyone renewing their Premier membership obviously has money to give away for free and likes a life of stress.

My experience with couriers:

- #FedEx - Solid. Always phone to find where I am rather than reading the instructions but great.

- #DPD - Brilliant. Professional, speedy, friendly, deliver safely to the door.

- #Parceforce - (AKA Parcelfarce). Packages are delivered (back to the sorting office and a card left somewhere).

- #Evri - Random. Either deliver packages safely to my door or apparently throw packages in a random direction when they're roughly nearby and update with a random status.

@velobetty By contrast, the lady who delivers for #Evri in my local area goes above and beyond. I was on #Zwift the other morning and had the music up a bit' so didn't hear her knock, she came back later to make the delivery, and it's not the first she's done it. :thumbsup_hmn_g1:

Had a delivery by #Evri. Ordered on the 9th, on the 13th it was marked as undeliverable and I'd get a refund. Meanwhile the seller got some information today that it had been delivered on the 13th to a "neighbours". So I walked up and down the road and eventually found it leaning up against a wall of somebody's house, miles away from me.
