#Exanima is supposedly a prelude to a much bigger, much more ambitious project called #SuiGeneris, from #BareMettle. The former has been in development for years but still shows signs of life, though it might benefit from a more modern approach to community engagement.

Was up waaayyy too late last night playing #Exanima and only stopped because it crashed.

Say what you will about its early access state--I'd call it a super fun, super polished #verticalslice --but there's no denying the potential here: a compelling narrative with a dedication to innovative mechanics any #FromSoftware / #Soulslike lover ought to appreciate.

Giving myself something to look forward to: just bought #Exanima after seeing it on Twitch. Looks like it has some cool ideas. Will play it sometime this week, I promise... After #Sifu, probably, which I still haven't played after impulse-buying it.
