Day 5 (as I remember), of pond⛲ digging.

Not a pretty picture, but all the topsoil has been removed now and it's to be deepened next.👍

Interestingly, with its tail wagging, a little bird (a female Phoenicurus auroreus?🐤) watched me all the time.

For a company or supervision, I couldn't tell...😅

After days of snow❄ and rain☔, the water began to ooze out of the ground...🐟

Well, it's not bad as it proves the water level isn't too low,

so I just switched to dig the drainage first to dry it out.

...'Just', except the muscle aches...😂

Gee not much progress because of...

I say thousand times,
PLASTIC DOESN'T ROT!🤷‍♀️

...It seems like there was once a pond before and the plastic sheet is used for waterproof,

even though the soil is fine clay and no need of it...

Anyway I unburied the lot completely (with much curse💀).
I hope there's no more Wasteful Day...🤢

Day 1.

This unused yard gets very poor sunlight⛅ because of surrounding trees of neighbours...🙄

So I decided to make a pond⛲, and a flower bed or something with the dug-up soil.

Only I didn't know there was a house removed, and numbers of stone foundations I have to excavate...😅
