The first month as #ExecutiveDirector of @ProstasiaInc is done. I’ve learned so much and have come to grips with my -quite massive- the ignorance of things outside my experience in #academia. The #nonprofit world is vastly different, but yet I find myself enjoying this work so much more. This is despite me spending most of my time just learning the how-tos of the job.

I am excited to see where this position will go and for what the future will bring us. Advice always welcome!
