I’ve been working with a #NewTeacher who is teaching her first year in a high school she graduated from. Last night we were talking about a project where students were asked to #Write a #Fable about a bear and a horse meeting, also teaching #Argument form. Once written, students are asked to turn their stories into #Scratch animations, then #Publish them as #Multimodal #Blog posts on https://youthvoices.live. Next they #Comment on each others. This wonderful teacher had never heard about #ChatGPT

Thought about David Berman and his menthol mountains blog which I see still exists. He loved to share the most refined morsels of the absurd. I'm rereading "The Genesis of the Copernican World" by Blumenberg, and during breaks, I'm rereading Berman's scrapbook of logical absurdities.
