Het Arnhemse raadsdebat ontspoorde woensdagavond volledig tijdens de bijdrage van Forum voor Democratie. Het ging over het vergoeden van het wijzigen van je geslacht in identiteitsbewijzen. Fracties van D66, GroenLinks en Partij voor de Dieren verlieten de raadszaal. Tijdens de schorsing die volgde, liepen raadsleden en bezoekers huilend door het stadhuis.
