update after two nights on 2mg #melatonin and first day on #famotidin

i definitely fall asleep faster, still wake up sometime but fall asleep fast again
sideeffect: brain feels mushy in the morning and i feel pretty exhausted after waking up but I can do stuff and i didnt even nap yesterday

still got headaches tho but that was to expected after a 4-day crash, hope they get milder soon

so I had an appoinment with my neuro today for my #postcovid / #longcovid issues.

showed them my nasa lean test results and described symptoms and it's very likely i rly have #POTS
I already do most things right but i'm gonna try support thighs as well now (i have no idea how expensive that will be tho...)

also we're gonna work on my bad sleep, upping my #melatonin to 2g and introducing #famotidin (20mg)
