farben gab die mir so gefallen einfach direkt auch bestellt. der große sack wollknäule hat mich dann animiert das auch wirklich zu stricken :)

i did it :) finished my #FastenOffYAL project, the first non-sock knitting for me to wear. those were lots of threads to weave in…

thoughts about #blocking
- i need sth else to put it on, this is a towel on the dining table, hints?
- should i have done this before doing the buttons?
- why do sweaters look so funny when flat?
- i read i can speed up with a fan, is this a good idea?
- has anyone ever been able to take a good picture of this? :)

As is traditional for the final day of the YAL, we spend it celebrating the incoming new year with our 'New Years Boonanza' virtual party!

Almost 3 years into the pandemic *and running virtual events professionally* and I got the "pleasure" of experiencing my first Zoom bomber the other night while I was hosting/moderating an event. Which means, since it was a designer panel for the #FastenOffYAL, that I also had the pleasure of learning to edit the video recording. Yet another skill I never expected to need. Anyway, the video is rendering now and will be uploaded tomorrow, sans "spicy bits" 🙃
