23) COOLEST looking RPG product / book

Have to catch up, because I spent so much time thinking about this yesterday and couldn’t decide. There’s so many incredibly cool looking games out there. #Vaesen, #FateForge, #Symbaroum, #Numenera, #CYBorg, #MörkBorg, the #OSE boxed sets, etc.

I’m going to go with #TheOneRing, though. The art direction for both is different, but I think they’re both equally cool in their own way. They capture the essence of Tolkien and are beautiful books.

Since the wind & rain from #Hilary are picking up here, I'm going to head offline to save device battery power (just in case) and go back to reading #FateForge and making characters that will likely end up getting run in 5e compatible #SoloRPG games (something else I've been wanting to try for a while).

Took Thursday off as a sick day and finally started to really get into reading the #FateForge sourcebooks and started creating characters for the learning experience.

I seriously love the way Character Creation is presented. I know it's all based on #DnD and is basically the same system. But, the presentation and order of steps just jives so much with my own preferences for the process.

Like, seriously love this. I wish I could convince my players to experiment a little more.

@Role_Play_Chat An underground dwarven city digged in a massive lapis lazuli. All lights will reflect in and the "sky" will always shine in a star-like fashion. Famous for the jewelry, it's a big touristic location as this is a mesmerizing experience to live.

Got some new reading material in the mail today. Looking forward to digging into this world after reading parts of these books in pdf. I really like the Awakening mechanic for a campaign idea I've been noodling with for months.
