Singing one of my favorite songs today, I realized I don't know all the lyrics by heart! So I wondered if this was normal or not. I know some people pay absolutely no attention to the lyrics whatsoever. What about you?

My teammate at work has a list he maintains of his favorite songs by year, starting in the 1960s and going until the current year.
I was inspired to do a similar list, but man it's HARD WORK to even research what was released in a given year, let alone pick a favorite.
I suspect this will be a lifelong process of adding and updating entries.
