folks I'm working on a "how to tell if a #Fediverse instance is collectively run" checklist, anyone got any suggestions on what to include?

Social.coop and Sunbeam.city are huge inspirations, I'm also aware of the Join-Mastodon "Server Covenant". Anyone know of examples or resources other than those which are out there already?
