First it was fentanyl, now its xylazine, people are dying or suffering horrific wounds. There's a really simply solution to this crisis! Government regulation of drugs, so when someone goes to buy heroin, they know they are getting exactly what they pay for! The war on drugs is costing countless lives, it must end now!

Drugs (including alcohol) are the only things that can make life livable for many people, I've not met an addict without mental health problems! If we improved our services these people wouldn't turn to drugs, I know this from personal experience
