Howard is an incredibly special, resilient feral cat.

He survived a major head trauma a long time ago, that left him with a broken jaw and many broken teeth on his right side. Although his jaw never healed properly, he has somehow managed to adapt, survive and make many, many babies.
Today he had a neuter and major dental surgery (...) to repair the damage from his trauma."

This is feral Peet who failed the adoption program because he is -- feral... cute, feral, neutered Peet.
