I found this while searching for a way to get help with our packages - we are not alone. #FetchPackage is the worst thing to ever happen to deliveries and the worst thing of the worst is that it is *impossible* to get support in any way, the only way you ever interact with them is through AI chatbots - there is not a single way to actually get a problem fixed. Every contact medium for them is automated.

Never rent an apartment that uses #FetchPackage - they are the worst, I don’t know how what they do isn’t illegal. Seriously #Fetch #Package is criminally bad. If you are a #PropertyManagement company and you contract with the #FetchPackageDelivery you are complicit in the crime. You have been warned. Avoid those complexes at all cost - or you will never have a good package delivery experience again.
