Tried another new exercise & collapsed in pain. Now I’ve been in a full #FibroFlare for 2 days. It’s apparently a muscle I don’t use often? 😅 All I can picture is my #fibro as a trash panda guarding its trash heap like “stop poking! This is MY trash heap! Another early start due to #painsomnia. Been up for an hour and managed to make a cup of camomile tea and to think about a piece of writing I’m planning to do today. Honestly, the pace round here would make you dizzy…

Thankfully almost recovered today after yesterday’s #FibroFlare . I was concerned it was going to be a long one.

Now I’ve just got to gee myself up to get off my butt and head in to my studio for the first time in weeks. I’ve got my #booster in the toon at the end of the working day anyway, so I might as well go in and get some peace away from the house.

Sigh. I have been “graced” with a #cfs and #FibroFlare today. Hopefully it’s just today as I need to get to the studio tomorrow. I blame last week’s flu.

Ah well, let’s see if I can just read some academic texts through the brainfog without hurling them out the window. #ArmchairAcademia

Ahhh, the pain is bad. I may have to stop the knitting/crochet/jewellery making for a while. What else can I do when my shoulder, elbow and hands are so sore? Not a happy bunny.
