Last night right before bed the irritating IBS symptoms turned into a full on pain flare and today I am exhausted and sensitive. Not in as much pain but I also haven't gotten out of bed yet bc I'm afraid it will come back with a vengeance. Other reasons IBS is flaring: I ate a lot of cinnamon today (mildly allergic) and didn't take Prilosec today bc my guts have been unhappy and being on it for 2+ years isn't good sooooooo 🫠 #chronicIllness #IBSprobs #FibroProbs

I was going to walk to the yarn shop but the rain is coming in and I'm feeling it in my bones and joints which is rude, so, I guess I'm not going to the yarn shop. #FibroProbs

really need to get out of this cycle I’m in. But I crash out straight after work as I physically cannot stay awake or function much past it. Then before I know it it’s 10/11pm and I’m awake.
