Someone on reddit mentioned that they had pretty bad muscle aches on days 3-5 after their infusions. Muscle aches are basically my life with #fibro so I wasn't sure it mattered much for me. Working again, on losing some of my obesity. And maybe building some muscles while I'm at it. 😊
It's a long process, especially with #fibromyalgia and an #EatingDisorder. But I wanna succeed and I won't give up. As the mirror says: doing this for me.

Getting some weights in this morning. I so dislike my reflection. That big belly 😔 but it's my own fault and I need to work on it for sure. I can do this. If I can be strong long enough. Another weekend in bed with sinus / migraine and light sensitivity. This is 3 weeks post COVID positive, in case that’s relevant. I’ve had weekends like this before, when my #fibromyalgia was worse, but not for many years now.

I’ve been going to physical therapy for a knee injury & I happened to mention to the physical therapist that I found a woman on TikTok who does hip opening exercises & I’ve been wanting to try them because my #fibromyalgia is in my hips but the knee injury is holding me back. Unbeknownst to me he included a bunch of hip exercises in my homework (I think to be helpful) so I tried them & my hips were like “OH ABSOLUTELY THE FUCK NOT” 😭 #fibro #spoonie #chronicillness

I see so many posts about how people are reluctant to try a new social media but I also see so many people in the #disabledcommunity expressing how social media is so central to our ability to socialize so it sucks for us that we are caught between staying on sites that are actively working to destroy democracy to keep our internet friends, or take a stand & use less popular sites but lose some of our already limited socialization. #disabilities #fibromyalgia #spoonie
