Once or twice a year, I share my checklist for what to do ahead of filing or during a disability claim. You know....places to look for benefits in addition to your group plan. I need to add, "Check for forgotten 401K and other monies (bank accounts, gifts, closed funds, etc.) tucked away in State Treasuries and other Exotic Places" to that list.
