Still trying to get my energy level back post-#COVID. This brain fog is not going away either so today it’s robes and PJs. It’s a balmy 39° outside and some of the snow is melting which means I don’t even have to snow-blow today. 🌧️⛄️

This is me in my happy place. I sometimes take the mask off when there's less people at the gym. I have to say, exercising with a mask on is both great for lung training and it's also uncomfortable. 🔥
