Wer das nicht will/kann/fertigbringt, sollte es besser gleich lassen.
Aber du wirst nach etwas kitchen-vodoo mit einem erstklassigen Gericht belohnt. Für mich war wieder das Beste: die #Sauce. Mit #Salzkartoffeln.
Und der hohe Preis (~36 EUR) relativiert sich schnell, wenn zwei Leute davon drei Tage lang essen und satt werden.
