I'm glad to see more funding for #AdultSocialCare - as this has been too low for too long. We need more flexibility for employees to access #FlexibleWorking so they can support their loved ones. We need to enable more #pensioners to access support at home from the council.

This is interesting. One of the criticisms of 4 day weeks that are reduced hours is that they don't work for retail. This appears to a compromise. I'm not sure it's a good compromise, but it's an interesting approach.

Actually read it again, it's just for managers? That seems grossly unfair.
