Requires several steps:

1a. Foehn cannot be observed directly, classified based on temperature, humidity, wind speed.

1b. General weather characterization based on #ERA5 reanalysis.

It can go from -30 Deg C to 0 or even warmer, sometimes up to +10 Deg C, in a single day.
