Nach ziemlich genau einem Jahr hat es die #söp Schlichtungsstelle für den öffentlichen Personenverkehr e.V. geschafft, meinen #Schlichtungsantrag erfolgreich zu bearbeiten und abzuschließen!
Die lange Bearbeitungszeit ist natürlich der Bahn zuzuschreiben und nicht der Schlichtungsstelle.
Endlich bekomme ich mein Geld für eine Reise zurück, die ich auf Empfehlung der Deutschen Bahn (!) nicht angetreten bin. Dieses „Unternehmen“ passt sich immer mehr dem Verhalten von Fluggesellschaften an: die Kunden im Regen stehen lassen und deren Versuche, ihr Recht durchzusetzen, einfach auszusitzen.
Die Konsequenz: auf lange Reisen im Fernverkehr verzichte ich mittlerweile. Am nächsten Wochenende fahren wir zur #FolsomEurope nach Berlin mit dem #eAuto. Wir werden zwar länger brauchen, kommen mit 4 Personen aber auch erheblich billiger, komfortabler und flexibler weg.
So funktioniert die #Verkehrswende nicht!
Auf der anderen Seite: dank #Deutschlandticket nutze ich den #ÖPNV erheblich öfter und lasse meinen Verbrenner stehen.

On the flip side: beating my boys at #QuälgeistBerlin will be exhausting and make me sweat more than usual. That’s the price I‘ll have to pay!
Also, I‘m looking forward to all the nice people, slaves, friends and acquaintances. I‘m curious to know, who‘s also going to submit
