I'm really proud of my parents for growing this 'meadow' where once there was the most sad patch lawn. I explained the benefits of not mowing your lawn to my dad last year, and he really got into it. In the 2 years they have been in their house they have transformed the most boring patch of lawn into this meadow, lots of fruit trees, and multiple veggie beds.

@ingalls @shlenny That works fine on a home scale but paid landscapers show up, work all over the place very quickly, and then leave. I suspect they would find a corded option incompatible. In my dream world, everyone is using rakes and hand-powered lawnmowers. Except most people, companies, and orgs who have lawns would have so mostly lawnmowers would just be for public parks and such.
