Look what found me last month in the middle of the road in the middle of nowhere. Our tears weren't even dry from the loss of one cat to pancreatitis in Sept & another to a pulmonary embolism just 48 hours prior to this angel landing in our path, but here she is.
Emaciated polydactyl w/a deformed paw that needed surgery. Does not pill. Vet said feral; I said not for long. She just needed to find her people.

These are my boys, deserving of their own introductions!
Rambo, a gentle black cat, grew up on the streets. He's been with me since mid-2020, when he was about three years old.
Tadhg is from the same street colony (all now rescued) and is probably related to Rambo. He came to me in late-2021 as a foster, about one year old - #fosterfail
They bonded in no time and now they're super playful and snuggly with each other. They both love pats, although they're still quite timid
I celebrate her gotcha day as the day she came into my life (and I knew pretty much immediately she wasn’t leaving) but it’s Officially today, when I was confirmed as a #FosterFail. Look at that wee nugget! Who knew she would grow up to be 50 pounds of solid muscle?
This is Edgar, my token #FosterFail. He was dropped off with the rescue after he walked up to someone in town - 10 weeks old, covered in fleas, and crusty from a URI - and asked for help. We bonded immediately. His URI cleared up quick but he's got a scar on one eye. He's nearly a year old now, and he loves making friends with all the new fosters, but he's scared of other humans - I think he's afraid he'll be Adopted too someday. I'll always be your Mama, lil' buddy. #blackcats
