Just finished Frank Bello’s book. I enjoyed the Tales, both music-wise and life lessons shared. It is a single afternoon’s reading with a couple of beers (which he suggests you do while you are reading it). I’m thinking it was written as much for his own positive mental health experience as for the reader. Nicely done. Didn’t know he is an expert meat slicer 🔪.
