【点心取保候审出来了！】
2023年1月3日，点心被带走的第30天。今天，点心终于从广州越秀区北京路派出所取保候审，与亲友团聚！
虽然如此，取保条件仍将限制点心的部分行动自由。我们呼吁大家的持续关注，并且继续转发、关注、声援其ta仍未被放出、依然在遭受不公正审讯和羁押的个人。

【Dianxin is released!】
January 3rd, 2022, is the 30th day since Dianxin was taken away. Today, Dianxin is finally released on bail from Beijing Road Police Station, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and reunited with family and friends.
With the conditions of bail still limiting Dianxin's freedom of movement, we urge you all to continue to follow closely the situation of Dianxin. Also, join us to follow up on the status of other unjustly detained and incarcerated for advocating for rights and justice and demand their immediate release and their freedom.

芷馨是我的朋友，她在北京的一个出版社做编辑，前几天因为在北京白纸那夜上街被抓走了，今年可能无法回家过年了。她不是什么革命义士，也不是将人生投入给政治运动的人，只是一个普通的善良的湖南女孩。人大历史学硕士毕业的她原本准备再做一段时间就申请环境史的博士出国做学术，临出国前我们还在东城约着吃了一家很不好吃的川菜馆子，当时说好下次见也许都是phd candidate了。她原是有自己的人生的。

我和朋友们跟着她到她家乡吃过湖南的鱼粉，一起聊书聊游戏。她一直住在北京的胡同里，屋顶可以看到星星的胡同，前阵子搬家还是我帮的忙。在郴州的的士上，她听说我刚入手switch，就给我安利马里奥奥德赛，感叹自己上班之后有些电子阳瘘，游戏打不动了。快半年了我奥德赛还没打完。她也会吐槽做编辑的辛苦，有时候要陪油腻的中年男老师喝酒。我们一起看了刘恋那期的浪姐，和朋友们一起吃着小龙虾为刘恋和薛凯琪鸡叫，类似的普通的快乐还有很多，认识她和她的朋友们是我上半年在北京最快乐的事之一。

但她在冬至当天失联了，被警察从家里带走，第二天知道这个消息我感到难以置信，我知道她当晚去了街上，但她朋友圈的现场照片还没我这个没上街的人发的多。不知道这几天她在局子里面对着什么，感到很担心和焦急，但我也不敢发声援的帖子，怕本来没事反而被闹大，今天纠结了一天。

我也不知该不该请大家转发，但希望能看到我朋友圈的朋友们能够帮忙关注这波秋后算帐，记住还有些普通人这次被抓了没有被放出来，目前知道的北京被抓的8个人都是女生，她们使用了正当的，非暴力的方式表达诉求，但却遭到了不公的待遇，希望她们都能早点出来，不要在异地度过这个新年。
