Leanid Sudalenka was arrested on January 18, 2021. He was charged with "organizing actions that grossly violate public order", "training or other preparation of persons for such actions" and "financing these activities". He was sentenced to 3️⃣ years in penal colony.

Ales Bialiatski's defender petitioned for a change in his preventive measure to a non-custodial one

Prosecutor Aliaksandr Karol said that "Bialiatski may flee from justice," and he "sees no reason to change his preventive measure.
The judge denied the motion.
