Intercontinental Hostilities

2 oz. Mizu Lemongrass Shochu
1 - 2 tsp. palm sugar simple syrup (honey simple syrup will work)
Juice of 1 medium lime

Shake vigorously with ice, decant into a flute glass.

Top with brut sparkling wine (approx. 3 oz.), a sprinkling of minced lemongrass, and a lime twist.

Definitely the last post of 2022, since alcohol is involved.
