#Uruguay is experiencing an unprecedented #watercrisis as #drought threatens supplies of drinking #water for more than half of its 3.5 million people. I've spent the past few months battling cyanobacteria in my 29gal planted community #freshwater #aquarium. I ended up pulling 90% of my plants and other stuff (driftwood, large rocks) out of my tank and have been monitoring it without adding new plants or animals. it has been looking good so today I added a few brazilian swords and a brazilian pennywort along with a school of harlequin rasboras. #aquaria
