Just a reminder that one of the biggest revelations of the #WikiLeaks emails was that in #2008, Michael #Froman, then an executive of #Citigroup, chose Barack #Obama's cabinet. He sent an email with a list of allowable choices, with back ups and diversity considerations.
Not just a suggestion, the list was followed perfectly in real appointments.
