One thing is certain. Sports can't be separated from politics. Football is a political matter.
Boycotting the world cup is a very noble gesture and I totally respect people who decided to do so.
I prefer to raise my voice against
1. Capitalist system which enabled Qatar to accumulate its wealth and organise the tournament.
2. Modern slavery that capitalism depends on. Our mobile phones, TVs, laptops, food and beverage are the products of the same system.
3. Discrimination of women and minorities which is enhanced by the big companies who make their business affairs with bloody regimes like China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran and others.

We are not to blame for watching the games. We have a mission.
