How about no guns for anyone? The constitution doesn't mention guns or firearms specifically; it says ARMS.
A crossbow is also an arm. A sword is an arm. A car is an arm; it can be used to attack and to defend and it can easily kill people. If you have access to a car or a machete, then your right to keep and bare arms is upheld.
Guns should be for the military and a very few cops that get called out to specific emergencies. Maybe some professional hunters can have them. Every idiot cop doesn't need a gun either. If a cop kills with a gun, it should also be assumed a crime until proven otherwise.

1st Amendment doesn't matter to them unless they are using it as an excuse to push their religion on others.

The 2nd Amendment doesn't actually mention guns. It says ARMS. Take their guns and give them each a pocket knife and send them home.

Some states arrest and jail people for a pair of nunchaku, a stun gun or a knife, while doing nothing about people carrying or selling guns. This demonstrates that they are fine with restricting arms but guns are special.

These Republi-conmen don't care about the 2nd Amendment. If they did, nothing less deadly than a firearm would be banned. They care about some rich gun manufacturers getting richer and they don't care how many kids get killed as long as they get that sweet lobbyist money.
