It doesn't help at all that the #Fukushima management has cut corners, ignored #safety reports, lied, and tried to cover their backs at every single possible instance.

I usually like the "More or Less" #podcast from the #BBC, but this one on the #Fukushima tritium discharge, and how it's really very safe and low #risk, is annoying me.

It's all very well to say that the science is fine, and nobody will be hurt - But that doesn't change the social and economic impact of what people believe anyway.

They touch on the fact that the stress from the fear of the radiation impact is damaging to health, but in a somewhat sarcastic manner.
