Okay, nächster Repost meiner Projektreihe.
Fulgrim war Nummer 3 und bei ihm habe ich dann den Stil geändert und bin mit den Details das erste Mal so richtig eskaliert. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, die Details an seiner Rüstung auszuarbeiten und ich finde, dass er nach wie vor gelungen ist :)
Mit Vektoren zu arbeiten hat immer etwas sehr meditatives. 🧘‍♀️

Apparently I need even more projects this year. So I started super deformed chibi-Primarchs on a whim.
But this isn't too time-consuming, they are not that time-consuming. And it's fun. Who doesn't like cutsey versions of Avatars of war and conquest?
First up: Fulgrim and Ferrus Manus. Because I aditionally decided to draw them in matching pairs.

If Perturabo/Horus had realised how important environmental enrichment is to keep Emperor's Children happy, they would have provided cardboard boxes for Fulgrim to sit in and he would have stayed on Terra, finishing his job.
It may be hard to come by demon-Primarch-sized boxes, but some Rhino-shipping-boxes would have done the trick.

On the one hand: I got so much more interaction with other artists and fans on Twitter.
On the other hand: It's getting increasingly creepy.
Now the strange roleplayers have found my stuff. So very, very creepy.
Not judging too much, though. Do your thang, loyalist-twitter-roleplayers. But .. it's slightly unsettling that they get worked up about my naked guys.

Well, time to concentrate on Mastodon. Ten times less followers means ten times more serenity.

I should be working on an illustration for a short story. But instead I'm doing "Primarch Planet Swap"-images.
Work in Progress: Fulgrim of Nocturne, Lord of Drakes.
(will do Vulkan, too. Of course!)
Those two are both aesthetically pleasing and a logical choice for a planet swap. Both are artists/artisans and have a very close bond with their Legions (before touching cursed swords, at least).

So und nach den AO-Twins ist es direkt eskaliert. Diese Details haben mich fast irre gemacht und am Ende war ich wirklich froh, dass ich Fullys Rüstung - trotz HASS zwischendurch - doch irgendwie gepackt habe. Nur um danach Ferrus zu erstellen .__. irgendwas stimmt doch mit mir nicht.
