The Parliament of 🇺🇬 has passed the appalling anti-LGBTI bill for the 2nd time & it remains mostly unchanged.

The amended bill still constitutes a brutal assault on #HumanRights & #FundamentalFreedoms.

The 🇪🇺 must increase its efforts to ensure that bill is not signed into law.
