Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at 10:00 PM EDT the launch window opens and Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 1:00 AM EDT the launch window closes. The local times in Cape Canaveral Florida, at LC-16, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, the launch site. Trajectory is East.

For simplicity the world time zones of GMT and UTC are posted as the second in thread.
