I tried the #EMF.cloud Coffee Language editor yesterday:

Reasonably fast provisioning, and the #theia UI is quite similar to VS Code. The #GLSP graphical model editor worked well, but for some reason the tree-based editor would not allow for adding child elements or editing things.

Still, it could be a nice base for web-based modeling. My main gripe is the tall stack of tech to deal with in web-based environments.
