Interestingly, while the decision talks about "rockets" and not "missiles", the MoD has earlier talked about #GMLRS/#ERGMLRS as rockets, so wouldn't be sure they are unguided based on that.

Once #Ukraine fully takes the right bank of the #Dnipro, the #IsthmusOfPerekop will be in #GMLRS range - allowing #HIMARS to hit stationary or large+slow moving targets (small bridges, stalled traffic, potentially trains, etc) at the entrance to the peninsula - to the degree that they can gather realtime intel.

The eastern entrances to the peninsula will however remain out of range.
