I'm also a big 19F #NMR nut, and the bulk of my PhD research is on developing an NMR-based fragment screening platform for #GPCRs! I am a Professor in the Dept. of Pharmacological Sciences as well as the Dean for The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, USA.
The goal of my research program is to obtain rigorous mechanistic insights into the structure, dynamics, and function of important #membrane #proteins and #drug targets, including #GPCRs, #transporters, #ionchannels, and #integrins.
