Will be a good baseline for Mastodon today to see how well it meets the needs of a major news event. I'm following about 2000 users and hope I don't need to dip my toes back into :twitter: or cable news to get a sense of what is happening with the #arrest and #arraignment in #manhattan and whether the accused gets a #gagorder. Cannot wait for a glimpse at what he is charged with. When will the charges get #unsealed?
