reminded me of a tale of testing. I used to work at a place called #Galileo in #Swindon which supplied an Airline CRS, and turnkey systems to access it, which it supplied FoC to travel agencies, the money being made from a tiny commission on each reservation.

Part of the test kit was a large LAN set up to mirror the setup in a medium-large travel agency office...

The Galileo Sensor Stations (GSS) is a network of antennas deployed at remote sites. They have small omnidirectional receiving antennas, and their role is to check the accuracy and signal quality of individual satellites in real time.
