Huzzah! PlutoTV is now showing Richard Dawson era episodes of Family Feud. That was the best era. Steve Harvey is funny, but the questions are designed to elicit the cringiest sexual answers out of little old ladies, so Steve can guffaw and mug for the camera. Dawson was just there to show the questions, and kiss the ladies. (Which was also cringey.)

The Week looks at Puzzling, a brain strain quiz in primetime on Channel 5.

If one can look beyond the bits they've borrowed from Only Connect, there's a decent show: mostly well-paced, enough to keep the mind ticking over, done in the most friendly atmosphere, and the series winner will have earned their title.

On a day that might hit 100F, a 4am start was a little later than I hoped, but I still scored the metric with little difficulty and no real grumpy-causing incidents. But I was sad to see yet another of our million-dollar views spoiled by more barely-legal AirBnBs (as if an owner is ever going to actually live there) that make our affordable-housing crisis even worse in this boomtown.

Here's something we don't see often: an original 1972 episode of The New Price Is Right in excellent condition, especially one in which Bob gives away a [redacted]. Also interesting to see all the stage action that isn't edited out and cameras poking into the shot.
It's been on YT forever but was recently rediscovered; that's why it's split into 5 parts.
