I decided to plant the only viable dahlia tuber out of my pack of 3 in a pot on my steps rather than put it in the ground. The Bishop of Llanduff is finally in flower. I hope the bees find it as I chose it for them.

I thought it was time to sort my hedgehog house out. I cleared a space which doesn’t get early morning sun and hubby put a couple of paving stones down to keep it off the wet ground. I’ve filled it with clean, dry hay and turned it to face the fence so the entrance isn’t exposed. I hope a hedgehog finds it. I’m trying to help this endangered animal. 🦔
